Richard Hayes is chairman of our holding company ALT21 Software Ltd and a director of ALT21 Ltd. He is also chairman of The Prusik Asia Funds and a director of Evercam ltd. He was formerly chairman of Global Shares Ltd sold to JPMorgan in 2022 and was founder and CEO of IFG Group PLC for seventeen years until 2006.
